Mission Statement
The Louisiana Construction Education Foundation (LCEF), a charitable, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization will constantly and consistently work to identify and develop new funding sources for construction education (safety, craft and supervisory) programs in Louisiana. LCEF is focused on funding construction education programs for youth, the underemployed, women, and other non-traditional construction students to help them build the American Dream. LCEF will partner with public and private training entities that support Louisiana’s construction workforce to increase the number and quality of construction education programs in Louisiana.
Vision
The LCEF is committed to developing a stronger construction workforce for Louisiana. We aim to expand quality educational and training opportunities to individuals seeking a rewarding career in construction.

The Board meets on a monthly basis to determine present and future needs of the industry, and how to assess those needs in the most efficient way possible with unrestricted assets obtained by the Foundation. The individuals currently serving on the Board of Directors include:
