"The Louisiana Construction Education Foundation is an independent organization with a distinct Board of Directors and staff."
The Louisiana Construction Education Foundation (LCEF), a charitable, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization will constantly and consistently work to identify and develop new funding sources for construction education (safety, craft and supervisory) programs in Louisiana. LCEF is focused on funding construction education programs for youth, the underemployed, women, and other non-traditional construction students to help them build the American Dream. LCEF will partner with public and private training entities that support Louisiana’s construction workforce to increase the number and quality of construction education programs in Louisiana.
