AWARD PROGRAMS - ACCREDITED QUALITY CONTRACTORS
The AQC program is a national program that was launched in 1993 out of a need to provide an accreditation program, which publicly recognized and honored construction firms that documented their commitment in four key areas of corporate responsibility:
- Safety
- Employee Benefits
- Training
- Community Relations
Contractors that successfully qualify as "Accredited Quality Contractors" are accredited for one year and are entitled to all the privileges of the program during that period. "Accredited Quality Contractors" receive a plaque and other benefits, including:
- National and local recognition in publications
- Authorization to use AQC language in bid documents
- Permission to use the AQC logo on letterhead, business cards and jobsite signs
Accredited Quality Contractors are acknowledged in:
- ABC's National Membership Directory and Users Guide
- ABC's Construction Referral Service
- Pelican Chapter Membership Directory
- Pelican Chapter News newsletter
AQC's are also listed on the ABC National web site. Don't miss your opportunity to shine through the Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) Program.
