EDUCATION & TRAINING - OFFSITE SKILL ASSESSMENT POLICY
The first written NCCER assessment is paid for by the ABC Training Center for the ABC Contractors' referral. In the event a participant does not achieve the cut score on the first assessment (regardless of contractor), all future assessments will be paid for by the participant at a charge of $40.00.
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday - No Assessment on Friday
Contractors Responsibilities
- Offsite Assessments must be scheduled 2 weeks in advanced of the assessment date with a list of candidates' names and social security numbers.
- First assessment free
- $40.00 per hour per proctor portal to portal
- Proctors will be paid .44 per mile travel expense portal to portal
- Assessment times offered Monday - Thursday
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours before scheduled assessment time
- Contractors requesting special orders will be charged for all unused assessments.
Participants
- Must present picture identification
- Participants scoring within 10 points of the cut score may re-take the assessment in 48 hours
- Participants scoring more than 10 point below the cut score may re-take the assessment after 30 days
- All Re-Takes are at a charge of $40.00
