EDUCATION & TRAINING - ONSITE SKILL ASSESSMENT POLICY
The first written NCCER assessment is paid for by the ABC Training Center for the ABC Contractors' referral. In the event a participant does not achieve the cut score on the first assessment (regardless of contractor), all future assessments will be paid for by the participant at a charge of $40.00.
Schedule Modifications
- Monday - 8:30-1:30 p.m.
- Tuesday - 8:30-1:30 p.m.
- Wednesday - 8:30-1:30 p.m.
- Thursday - 8:30-1:30 p.m.
- Friday - No Assessments
- Additional Evening Assessment times can be scheduled with 48 hour notice for groups of 10 or more.
Contractors Responsibilities
- Must submit schedule form 4 hours before scheduled assessment time
- Notify Participant of the $40.00 re-take assessment charge
- Contractors requesting special orders will be charged for all unused assessments.
Participants
- Must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled assessment time w/picture identification
- NO ONE will be allowed late entry NO EXCEPTIONS
- Re-takes must pay the fee of $40.00 at the time of assessment
- Participants scoring within 10 points of the cut score may re-take the assessment after 48 hours.
- Participants scoring more than 10 points below the cut score may re-take the assessment after 30 days.
