SULPHUR, La. (06/03/2016) - The Pelican Chapter, Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) hosted its Southwest Training Center graduation ceremony on Thursday, June 2, for 78 students graduating in the following crafts: welding, carpentry, earth moving, mobile crane, millwright, heavy equipment, scaffold building, pipefitting, electrical and instrumentation.
