BATON ROUGE, LA. – The Pelican Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. today announced that 178 students will be graduating from its Baton Rouge Training Center this Thursday after completing craft training programs, in electrical, millwright, pipefitting, mobile crane, heavy equipment, instrumentation, project supervision and welding.
“For two years, these students have worked long hours at their current jobs, and then attended night classes at our training center to better themselves,” said David Helveston, President and CEO of the Pelican Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors. “Their passion and dedication for their craft is inspiring, and we commend them for climbing the ladder of success. We hope you’ll join us in celebrating their accomplishments and listen to the stories of these hard workers.” What: Baton Rouge Training Center Spring Semester 2018 Graduation Ceremony Who: Students who have completed course work for their respective craft this past spring.
